"Your Shul by the Sea" is an all-inclusive, welcoming congregation that has served Jews of all ages and their families for seventy years. Temple Beth-El of City Island is known for its joyful, spiritual, and haimish (warm) atmosphere. Come-- we will welcome you!

We do not affiliate with any of the denominations, but honor the diversity of Jewish belief and practice. Women and men participate equally, as do couples,singles, and families. We welcome gays and lesbians, as well as interracial and intermarried families.
